Just six months after giving birth to her first child, reality TV star Chanelle Hayes has regained her size 6 figure.
But rather than simply dieting and working out, the Big Brother 8 contestant, 23, has admitted reverting to drastic measures - undergoing £4,500 of liposuction and a breast enhancement operation.
The new mother, who welcomed son Blakely on July 20, flew to Belgium in mid-November for the secret operation.
'A new year, new hair, new body? new, new, new': Chanelle Hayes shows off her new size 6 figure after undergoing liposuction and a breast enhancement operation in Belgium in November
Although originally dropping from size 12-14 to 8-10 in the first few months after giving birth to Blakely, Hayes was still unhappy with her figure so opted to return to her pre-baby size 6 figure with the help of surgery.
The single mother left her baby son in the care of her mother Christine as she jetted to cosmetic surgeon Doctor Robin Van Look's clinic in Antwerp to undergo the three hour surgery, arranged by New-U-New-Me.
Although originally planning to take her cleavage from a 34B to a C or D cup, she ended up going to a 34F.

The 5ft 2in star also had 3.5 litres of fat drained from her thighs and arms, resulting in her dropping two more dress sizes.
After showing a tiny glimpse of her figure on a night out in London two weeks ago, Hayes has now gone public with her body makeover by posing in a bikini for Closer magazine.
She told the new issue of Closer: 'I’m much happier now. I wouldn’t say I’m 100 per cent happy but I’m more comfortable. I don’t feel like a big fat beast. So it’s a new year, new hair, new body - new, new, new.'
Explaining why she decided to go up to a 34F, Hayes explained: 'My surgeon Dr Robin Van Look showed me pictures of sizes and I just thought, "I want those," for an hourglass figure. I love them! I give ’em a squeeze every morning.'
One hot momma: Hayes showed off her post-surgery body on a night out with DJ Greg Burns at the May Fair Hotel on January 4
Understandably, Hayes was feeling pretty tender after the operation so spent five days recuperating at a hotel while her mum looked after Blakely.
She said: 'It wasn’t too painful. I had lots of bruising and that was tender to touch, but it cleared up in two weeks and here I am, with my new body! I want to maintain my new body with a healthy lifestyle.'
Despite having just turned 23 in November, Hayes is no stranger to surgery, having previously undergone liposuction in March 2008.

She admits she doesn't know where or not she'll have further surgery, musing: 'I don’t know, maybe I’ll get fat again and have to have more surgery. I don’t know.'
In October, Hayes showed off her initial weight loss after changing her diet and enrolling at the No.1 Boot Camp in Norfolk.
However, just three days in, Hayes was forced to quit after injuring herself.
Hayes is determined to keep hold of her slimmer figure and has recently signed up to do the Great North Run in September.
Around the same time as her operation, Hayes revealed she had been secretly dating ex-boyfriend Jack Tweed since the couple's official split in July.
They originally dated for three months while Hayes was pregnant with Blakely before apparently going their separate ways.
However, after Hayes launched a Twitter tirade against Tweed after seeing him holding hands with glamour model Daisy Watts, she admitted they had been secretly dating all along.
Thoroughly enjoying her new single life and new body, Hayes enjoyed a night out clubbing in London with Capital FM Radio DJ Greg Burns two weeks ago.
Although looking bustier than normal in her revealing black dress, it's only now Hayes has revealed the real reason behind her enhanced cleavage.
Hayes split from Blakely's father, Middlesborough footballer Matthew Bates, when she was three months pregnant in January last year.
